Codladh Sámh is a family-centred home care service provider in the Cork area. It is a local Company, established in 2011. The Codladh Sámh care team is led by Company Director Catherine Fennell who has more than 15 years of experience, knowledge, and involvement in the care of elderly people and persons with a disability.
Codladh Sámh provides complete care at home to both private and HSE clients to enable independent living and allow our clients to live in their own home in the style and manner to which they are accustomed.
Families need support with the challenges that caring for a loved one can bring. A family-centred home care approach can include the whole family when developing custom care packages to suit all situations. Our clients and their families are carefully matched to specially selected Healthcare Assistants.
